1.  If a member of 2015 and received your cards, there is no need to complete the required orientation. If you have completed the orientation the only time you are required to complete it again is if you allow your membership lapse for more than one year.

2.  If you have not completed your orientation, the briefing and questions can be found on the Membership page of the website.

3.  If you were a member in 2013 or later the photo on file will be used for your membership card.  CHAS will notify you if there is no photo on file.

4.  If your card(s) has been stolen a receipt will be added to your replacement cards so it may be claimed through your insurance company.

5.  If your PAL or ATT is expiring this year be sure to renew your membership early.  DO NOT expect quicker service in getting your membership renewed because YOU neglected YOUR responsibilities.

6.  CHAS does not offer family memberships.  This has been discussed in the past and will not be offered.  That being said, Guest Fees are not required for any member bringing a guest that is under the age of 18yrs.

7.  Memberships are taking approximately 1 -2 weeks before you receive your cards in the mail (depending on how it is sent in).  As the year progresses, this process may take longer depending on the volume of memberships to be processed.  Please be patient.  If you have not received anything within 3 weeks please send an email to [email protected] to inquire about it.
